Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the time they are placed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that customs processing or delays due to high order volume may impact delivery times during peak seasons.

We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, including:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected. You’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

SMPL currently ships within the United States. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary by location.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
International orders can take 10-21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination.

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or customs processing, which are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey from us to you.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please reach out to us at hello@smplbasics.com.

Since SMPL works with Trendsi to fulfill some orders, please note the following:
- Trendsi’s fulfillment time is typically 2-7 business days from order confirmation, depending on availability.
- Shipping times for Trendsi products may vary based on location and availability, but are typically between 7-15 business days.
- Once your order ships from Trendsi, you will receive a tracking number directly from them.
- Trendsi ships from US-based warehouses, but international shipping will take longer and may require additional customs processing.

SMPL is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been delivered. If you experience issues with lost or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
If you choose to ship with signature confirmation, please make sure someone is available to receive the package.
